Patrick took a number of Architectural Drafting, Structural component, and Estimating and Foreman Safety courses. By consistently communicating with the trades people and the home owner, Patrick is able to ensure a smooth project development free from any delays. Owner Patrick Cupido is a hands-on contractor who manages all of the work performed on-site, and who is in constant contact with the home owner.
